HELI made a nice bounce back today after hitting a low of $0.11.

HELI closed strong at $0.1319.

This still represents a gain of over 45% since our initial alert on it!

At its high today HELI reached $0.153 representing a gain of 70% since our initial alert!

HELI made an impressive bounce back and the sellers may have been washed away now.

HELI  has forecasted a net income of $8.19 million for year!

With 266 million outstanding shares divided by $8.19 million.. that leaves you with each share to be worth an estimated $0.30!

HELI President and CEO Mr. Xin Qiu commented, "We have many plans for the year 2010, including increasing effective agency management and customer relationship maintenance, further brand image promotion, and hiring additional staff. Overall, the company plans to increase its staff by over 60% by hiring 50 people in areas such as management, sales, distribution, and marketing."

"Our growth and revenues are projected to increase for 2010, as we plan to enter over 60% of all of Haier’s networks in China, which would account for about 30,000 of its sales points," he further said.

HELI's distribution and marketing channels are mainly implemented through distributors, agents, and cooperation with large domestic electrical appliance supermarkets, such as Gome and Suning, and chain stores, such as Huihai IT chains.

Both have a very high amount of web traffic and have significant influence in China’s booming electronics industry!

HELI Preisdent and CEO Xin Qiu stated, "We have been able to expand our Company by leveraging our relationships. For example, we are able to distribute our AV products through Suning, which is the leading chain superstore in the industry of IT, electronics and home appliances retail in China. They run 1,000 chain stores covering more than 300 cities in 30 provinces and municipalities all over China. There are many more of these types of relationships which we plan to leverage."

In breaking down Heli Holding’s revenue throughout China sales have grown by about 26% in Southern China, compared to Q1 2009.

Throughout the rest of China, sales grew by an even larger rate, at almost 29%, both of which came close to original estimates.

With regards to its distribution business, its orders with its TV shopping network partners grew by over 30% compared to the previous quarter.

HELI CEO Xin Qiu commented, "We are seeing strong sales and an increase in demand for our products in the second quarter and it is this type of growth that should result in increased shareholder value."
