Dear High Rollers,
QOIL got off to an exciting start gaining over 57 percent at once point earlier in the day on volume that has just surpassed 1 billion shares traded!
However, over the last couple hours of trading I have noticed a bit too much dilution for my liking. I like being cautious & at the moment I think it would be a good time to book some profits & for some of you that might have chased the stock & bought in a bit higher I'd say you should consider trimming your losses to be on the safe side.
In my opinion for this stock to continue moving higher this week it would have to gain the interest of new investors surpassing the activity we've seen today. Taking things into perspective & looking back at the activity today, I believe that would be a pretty hard task to accomplish at the moment as the stock seems a little too "top heavy".
For all I know, I could be wrong & QOIL might continue to move higher, but being cautious & protecting a trader's portfolio is an extremely important step to profitable trading that many people fail to achieve.
