Talisman Holdings Inc. in return for OTCR’s services to publicly and
electronically disseminate information pertaining to Talisman Holdings Inc. We will regularly and routinely sell the
remaining fifteen million shares that we hold before, during and after our
dissemination of the Information, most frequently during the dissemination of
the Information. . It is imperative that all readers of
the above compensations disclosure carefully review our Disclaimer in its
entirety, which contains important information about penny stocks, our
operations, the limited nature of the Information and various risks attendant to
