XDSL has just confirmed that Congress has positioned $2.5 million to be awarded for "Scalable Smart Reserve Cell Technology" in the 2011 Defense Appropriations Bill!
This sounds remarkably like the technology XDSL is developing!
This is unbelievable! The word could spread quickly!
