Happy New Year. Get ready because 2010 will be big for our subscribers!

KillerPennyStocks.com

Dear Fellow Investors,

We would personally like to wish all our subscribers and their families a Happy New Year! 2009 was a fantastic year for the micro and small cap markets. This translated into a strong year for many of our subscribers. We work hard week in and week out to provide what most of our competitors constantly talk about but rarely provide, WINNERS! Success speaks for itself, and nothing speaks louder than the success of our valued subscribers.

Get ready though because we believe 2010 will be twice as strong!!!

We wanted to close the year out by making a pledge to all our valued subscribers as well as reviewing some of our 2009 successes and failures.

Our entire team sat down to review each and every “Killer Penny Alert” we released this year. After careful review we have decided to be even more selective on the type of companies we release picks on.

While we realize there are many solid pink-sheet companies trading on the micro-cap market, we have decided to forgo releasing future picks on them. Our team feels the reporting requirements on OTCBB and AMEX companies provide an extra layer of credibility and protection for our valued subscribers, so in 2010, no more pink-sheets!

Finally, we would like to take a brief look back at a few “Killer Penny Alerts” from 2009. Many of our subscribers cashed in on picks like:

  • Converge Global Inc. (CVRG) $0.022 - $0.445 for a gain of 1,922%
  • Nephros Inc. (NEPH) $0.16 - $2.61 for a gain of 1,533%
  • Turbine Truck Engines Inc. (TTEG) $0.24 - $0.895 for a gain of 273%
  • Novo Energies Corp. (NVNC) $0.47 – $0.99 for a gain of 110%
  • Blue Gem Enterprise (BGEM) $0.2675 - $0.76 for a gain of 184%

While we had several other picks we are very proud of, we also had some we were not so proud of. Here are a few picks that did not live up to our expectations:

  • Red Branch Technologies Inc. (RBTI)
  • Blast Applications Inc. (BLAP)
  • Wind Works Power Corp. (WWPW)

The previous three picks represent the type of picks we will try and weed out this year. While all three moved higher after our alerts, our team feels they did not live up to our expectations.

Ladies and gentlemen, our team knows we will never be perfect. However, looking back on the 2009 calendar year, we had significantly more winners than losers. We are looking forward to starting 2010 off with a bang, so be ready.

We would like to again wish all our subscribers a safe and Happy New Year.

Stay tuned for our alerts heading into 2010, because they will be intense!

Sincerely,
KillerPennyStocks.com Team
