Avro Energy Acquires Two New Oil Leases in South Arkansas

VIVIAN, La., May 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avro Energy, Inc. (OTCBB:AVOE) is pleased to announce that it has acquired two new oil leases in the vicinity of its current production in South Arkansas. With this acquisition, the Company has acquired two new wells; the Bette No. 1 and the Bette No. 2.

The Company is excited about this recent acquisition, and continues to concentrate its efforts in the South Arkansas area.

Further to the Company's news release dated May 12, 2010, with respect to the right of first refusal on the property south of Shreveport, Louisiana, the Company is continuing to review well log and production data from these wells. The Company has also asked for compression data in regards to pipeline transmission so that it might be able to determine pipeline capacity in regard to perforating other zones of interest in these wells.
